EXPERIMENT

An AI interior redesign web tool and native Android app on Google Play Store offering automated room restyling, free trial registration, and mobile photo uploads.

What is it?

ZyoraAI Interior Design (zyoraai.com) is an AI-powered room redesign platform available on both the web and as a native Android app on the Google Play Store.

Users upload photos of their current room or interior space, select design themes (e.g. Modern, Scandinavian, Industrial, Minimalist), and receive photorealistic redesigned room concepts.

Origin & Pivot

Following the retirement of the initial AI resume builder on zyoraai.com, I repurposed the domain to explore computer vision and generative diffusion models applied to interior architecture.

To expand beyond web discovery, I purchased a new Google Play Developer Console account, built a companion Android app, and published it directly to the Google Play Store (com.zyoraai.app).

Current Metrics & Signals

  • Web Traffic: 1–4 unique visitors per day.
  • Free Trial Conversions: 15–20 users have registered for the free trial.
  • Android App Installs: 10+ active installs on the Google Play Store.
  • Paid Revenue: $0 so far. While trial signups occur, free users have not yet converted to paying customers.

Current Experiments

  1. App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimizing the Google Play Store listing title, screenshot sequence, localization, and keyword metadata to capture high-intent room redesign searches.
  2. On-Page & Off-Page Web SEO: Testing informational search clusters (e.g. interior restyling ideas, room layout inspiration) to drive top-of-funnel organic web traffic.
  3. UI/UX Onboarding: Streamlining the generation workflow to demonstrate high visual value before prompting for paywalls or subscriptions.
